The View From The Intersection


My brain is a crowded room. Between Bipolar II cycles, the “static” of GAD, and the intrusive loops of Harm OCD, it gets loud. Throw in sobriety and a 9-to-5, and some days feel like a feat of engineering.

I’m tired of the “I’m fine” mask. This is a space for the raw reality of navigating family and work while managing a mind that doesn’t always play fair. It’s about trading the bottle for clarity, even when that clarity is messy.

I’m Tony Tone Vega. I’m many things, but mostly, I’m still here.
